Is alcohol a problem in your life?
Bottled Up is a unique website created by Lou, a trained counsellor who was married to an alcoholic and John, a Doctor of Psychology who was an alcoholic. It is a free membership website full of articles, workbooks, videos and audios.
There is a section of the website for drinkers where they can assess the extent of the problem and embark on a program of change helped by tools specially created for Bottled Up.
However, we also realise that living with a drinker is difficult and so we created a separate area for the families. So, there is a program to help family members who love their drinker but hate the drinking.
All of this is free or you can book a session with John for a fee.
