Could be a good thing but falls short

On the surface, Clearpay seems like such a good idea it allows you to spread the cost of a purchase over several payments. As I said on the surface, for instance, if you have a problem with an order that you have been charged for but never received, and you raise it with Clearpay hoping that they would be proactive in making sure you the customer received the goods that you had paid them for. Unfortunately, they are not you get trapped in an endless cycle of chatbot which sends up suggestions of issues that are not related to your complaint and then gives you articles to read which are not related to your complaint and then mixed decisions against you with no logic whatsoever . In short you can order product pay for it not receive it and still have to pay for it without any address when the seller does not respond to your emails you are trapped in a limbo land. Your credit card company will not intervene not refund you because you have a third-party, i.e. Clearpay involved , therefore
