Not treating customers fairly dishonest and incompetent

Booked MOT in halford beaconsfield road in Farnham common as it was the first one to have availability -no wonder given the one star + so many negative feedback- the MOT failed for a steering wheel leak which was not disputed but the mechanic removed the oil stick which was hanging potentially causing damage!? . -the pipe was replaced in my local garage , MOT rebooked with proof of change. First we had to wait 45m while the « mechanic »inside were obviously not busy!! the manager Steve said it was not properly done and leaking as it was « not done by us » I went back to the garage who said there might have been some residue he steamed it and said he was quite surprised as it was obvious there was no leak and it was surely not properly checked. He suggested we should go back but Steve categorically refused to check the car while again the garage was again nearly empty. Serious malpractice there surprised how such a place can still exist !!!
